By placing an order on ThePsychedelicCherry.com:

  • You acknowledge that additional information may be required to validate the order. The order will be on hold until verification can occur.
  • You acknowledge that the billing and shipping address you provide is accurate. We are not responsible for lost or returned packages in these instances. Refunds will be processed based on the policy below.
  • You acknowledge that you are responsible for any taxes generated from the purchase. This excludes orders from California as we are based there.
  • International orders: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
  • You acknowledge that tracking information from carriers may not be 100% accurate. If using USPS as a carrier on international orders you acknowledge that tracking information will be limited.
  • You acknowledge that orders will be shipped as soon as the warehouse can process them. This usually means the same day or next day. However there are occasions where the crew is on travel for a conference or training event which means your order won’t go out until they are back. We post dates when that happens on the blog.
  • You acknowledge that you have read and agree with our shipping and refund policy.

Print Products Return and Refund Policy:

  • The Psychedelic Cherry and our printing service will review replacement/return requests for the following issues: faulty product such as a hole in a product, a print error by our printing service relating to quality or incorrect image if it is our printing service’s fault. Our printing service will only consider returns that are within 30 days of date of sale. our printing service is not responsible for incorrectly provided addresses that result in lost or misdirected packages. If packages are returned to us for any reason and need to be reshipped there the buyer must cover the cost of the re-shipment. Size exchanges or general returns/exchanges are not the responsibility of our printing service and buyers must resubmit and pay for this type of order. Our printing service will only refund the amount paid to to us for the production or shipping of the product.

Non-print Products Return and Refund Policy:

  • The Psychedelic Cherry will review replacement/return requests for the following issues:  faulty product such as non-functioning, buzzing or strange noises coming from product (i.e. guitar pedal making unintentional noises), if product was received damaged or destroyed. The Psychedelic Cherry will only consider returns that are within 30 days of date of sale, we are not responsible for incorrectly provided addresses that result in lost or misdirected packages. If packages are returned to us for any reason and need to be reshipped there the buyer must cover the cost of the re-shipment.
  • If you have trouble with a guitar pedal purchased from The Psychedelic Cherry, please feel free to contact us directly at: ThePsychedelicCherry@gmail.com.  Please include your purchase order# , your name and address, and a detailed description of the problem.  We encourage you to do so, as we will happily make efforts to repair and/or replace your pedal if necessary, as long as you report the issue within the allotted 30 day window.  If you have a problem with your fx pedal after the allotted 30 day return/exchange policy window has ended, please feel free to contact us for help in addressing the issue and we will do our best to help you, although we can not guarantee repair or replacement beyond the return/exchange policy 30 day end date.
